Excellent!

This whole thing is just plain awesome, it has a really nice light touch to it. A kind of humour that doesn't overlook the small details whilst keeping up with the main content.
And it has to have one of the best endings I've seen around here.
The only thing that bothered me was the re-use of a few Images (like that building with all the windows that were exactly the same), but that's kind of trivial anyway.
(Keep it up, you've really got something here. Mmm, I'll be waiting for your next flash)

Excellent animation and style, you put in a bit of a joke... The sound is better than most movies.

Well, the flash itself was kind of cliche, but only if you take it out of context and judge it solely on the merits of an average short, if that was the case I don't think that I'd be bothered to review it.

But perception and expression is something I respect for everyone, and yours is intriguing as well calming, despite the movies pretension of an ending. Part of the everything I enjoy about people and the anything.

If there is one thing I could ask you to change is, get rid of the Newgrounds pre-loader and maybe put something else. Though I admit I did find it a witty and amusing contrast, if that was your intention. Oh and there is that "lying" voice that I always get when on the internet, but I think I can drown it out for this one.
So I guess I just got sucked into this one, 5/9 keep up the good work.

You have a nice idea for a flash here. And No i'm not going to comment on the political aspects.
Since you're obviously... enthusiastic about the idea you need to spend some time and animate it. It's never going to get through if you just have the lyrics scrolling up the screen. Put some work and thought into the flash and show us your visual interpretation beyond the point of national flags and symbols. Make the visuals as dynamic as the music.

You have allot of potential.

But you really need to work on the drawing side of things. The character design and the first scene when he's watching TV had a nice style going there, but you completely ruined it with most of the rest of the movie. Just be more patient and draw the things yourself instead of using the line tool, it looks so much better.
Aside from that.... I liked the Humour, you give thirteen year olds a good name for once, if you really are thirteen anyway.
I liked the scene when he's glaring at the service guy, it's kind of rare (On NG) that you see people using dynamic editing to compliment a mood.

Soooooo... Next time, improve the drawings and try to have a bit more of a plot, or at least work on making it flow together more naturally.

I don't really like the kind of flash you're going for, but it was well done if you like that stuff.
The animation and style of how thing were animated and drawn as well as setting and scene changing were perfect, but you might want to work on the voice acting.
It sounded pretty forced and unenthusiastic at the same time, if that's possible. Which really ruined the otherwise great feel you achieved on the graphics side of things.
